Bought a few months ago. It is very easy to connect to any computer via USB cable. Reads all discs that are declared by the manufacturer. You can always take a very convenient device with you and connect it to any computer to burn a disc or install Windows. No socket or power supply is needed, the device is powered by a USB cable.
