I suffer from chronic throbbing pain in my legs due to circulatory problems. I'm torn about what I think of this product. I don't think shiatsu massage is comparable to shiatsu. The product puts so much pressure on my legs that it actually causes quite a bit of pain. I wish it had a pause button in case I need to take a call while using the product instead of restarting it and resetting the features I need. I also wish there was a way to save my settings so I can start treatment quickly if I move the device, cords and boots - it takes a while to set up. I also want it not to turn off automatically after 10 minutes. Overall it's a decent product and I feel fine when I'm in pain, but I think there's definitely room for improvement. Finally, it must be included with a case. I don't know where to keep/hide these things.
