Review on Machine Professional Transfer Sublimation Rotation by Gelin Battle

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The equipment is trouble-free, you can work 24 hours a day :-)

The heat press for TIC-800TM is used for blind stamping (absence of foil in the process of embossing), embossing (using a counterstamp) and hot foil stamping. The press is manual, so there is no noise, the pressure is up to 2000 kg, it works from a conventional 220W socket, the weight is 95 kg - it stands on a stationery reinforced with a chipboard board. Heating from 50 to 300 degrees is adjustable, it’s not hot to work near it, it’s impossible to heat the room from it, only the embossing plate heats up. The temperature of the plate is constantly maintained at the set temperature, which significantly reduces the likelihood of a defective print. You can put it in any room, it works silently, our workshop is located in the basement of a residential building, there are no complaints about noise, additional sound insulation of the room is not needed, there are no complaints from the residents. To work with him, a muscular man is not required, I can easily handle it myself. Pros - I use foil for paper on bumvinyl - the print is normal. Cons - a small cliché format - max. cliché capture area (mm): 110x170. With non-format products, book spines, you have to tinker - the small width of the bed limits the cliched space. You have to rotate the folder before adjusting to the beginning of the embossing. Also, from the body to the cliché (such as the back) - a small consideration - with non-standard tasks, you have to rack your brains on how to position and rest the clichéd surface.
