I almost returned the goods, but here.

Watched the video. But. The video looks outdated and has a different model/design. I mistakenly thought that if the screws were completely removed the entire bracket would fall apart, so I only removed them to the last thread. The mount didn't fit. I looked at my build and COMPLETELY removed the 2 1" stainless steel bolts. I pulled the ring out and it JUST fit into the bed of the truck. Once it's in place pull the ring up and install the 2 -1" screws and tighten. 14 minutes - DONE! Suggestion Box - Is there a way to make a plastic cover that will close the bullring by inserting it into the center panel of the assembly?
