After taking a beginning yoga class, I decided to purchase my own yoga props. The bolster is a very useful prop for the sitting positions. This bolster is firm, but does comfortably give and support. It is rectangular in shape. Approximately 5-6" inches thick, about 3' long. There is a handle on the end. I purchased the black, but there are many colorful options.
