First of all thank you Motorola for this device. I really like its functionality and the possibilities surprised me. I used to have a TomTom One 3rd Edition and there was nothing like it. The complaints I have are related to the software offered on the Motorola website. I can't connect it to get updates but it might just be Windows Vista. Another complaint about charging. While driving, you have to connect it to the docking station that connects to the arm, which is not mentioned in the description. The arm that attaches to the window actually has a stand that goes to the end that the car charger plugs into. and the GPS is in the cradle and charging through the contacts on the bottom of the device. It also comes with a USB cable for charging/updating from a computer, but when charging from a computer you cannot control the GPS. Charging time from a computer with GPS turned off is about an hour. So don't plan on using it or setting it up right out of the box. Before you buy it, I suggest you visit [.] and read the downloadable manual. Additionally, features like Bing search, fuel prices and the like let you make calls and minutes from a Bluetooth-connected phone, and text-to-speech is only available on a few phones listed on Motorola's website. Otherwise it is a great GPS and I can only recommend it. I have no plans to use it or set it up right away. Before you buy it, I suggest you visit [.] and read the downloadable manual.
