1000 feet heavy. But it's a really well constructed wire that doesn't break as easily as the 20g wire I originally installed. I hate spending money but you get what you pay for. Works great with my Invisable Fence transmitter. You can raise the field as high as you like. Since I use most of this outdoors in my forest, I like the yellow color as it makes it easy to see the wire when looking for a break. I use horseshoe nails and nail them to random trees a few inches off the ground so they're easy to spot when covered in leaves. Leave slack on the ground and nature cover it for me. Good product.
