My work laptop is 15 inches and I needed something that would help me be more productive. You spread the bezel and clip it onto the frame of your laptop. The second monitor can be folded out to the right and is ideal as an additional screen for work. It has HDMI, 2 USB Type-C ports and a USB 2.0 port on the side. My work laptop has 2 Type-C ports so I used one to connect this monitor to it and the other port was used to charge my laptop. The screen resolution and brightness are quite good for its 13 inches. You can also set up a monitor and use it for other things like Xbox, PS5 or any other screen that uses the HDMI port. Overall this product is pretty good.
