This pump creates the perfect flow for my 3 foot tall 3 tier fountain. Note: Attach the rubber feet provided and position the pump to rest on them. This reduces the noise to almost zero. To attach the legs you will need to remove the end pieces of the pump and insert the tops into the slots, then replace the sides (don't try to insert the tops of the legs into the holes in the bottom of the pump as I did about ten tried for minutes before I figured it out!)
