Works great on my slightly oversized shoes. I normally have to get a little bit bigger shoes so I can use insert if the sole doesn’t support the arches. This one support my deep arches and can walk comfortably for a long walk and hiking with my one size bigger hiking boots.*I’m a grownup with small feet so sometimes wear youth size.
