This kit contains Burnt Orange Quinacridone (a deep earthy orange that produces a quinacridone gold tone when mixed with Nickel Azo Yellow and the most beautiful diffused moss greens and cool browns when mixed with blue and ink black), Undersea Green (a multicolored blend of earthy pigments that has the most impressive wash grit) and Carbazole Violet (violet which I think is perfect for blending violet due to its brightness and depth). an awesome set of custom secondary pigments (excluding Violet Carbazole)! This is also a very good offer! $24 for Daniel Smith 15ml tubes! I was just checking out how much these colors cost you if you buy them individually (on Amazon). When I wrote this review you would have spent about $48. So you get one and a half tubes of paint for free! I just love this set! If you're an aspiring amateur watercolorist, GET IT! If you are an advanced watercolorist and want to upgrade to a higher quality paint, GET IT! If you are a professional watercolorist and want to expand your collection of pigments and/or brands, GET IT!
