A good alternative to aluminum

A good alternative to aluminum when a stronger and more secure grip is required. Used on a boat to attach various items (trolling motor connector, downrigger connectors and some other fairing hardware) instead of 1/4" screws. which loosen up over time. After a few rides in fresh water they won't show any rust but time will tell.
