This is the worst electronic product I have ever bought in my life. After purchasing the product, I scanned and threw away all of my 200 business cards. Within a week he lost all my contacts. I don't use it for about 3 months (since it's unusable) and my cards are starting to accumulate again. I figured I should reinstall the software and try again. I tried downloading the driver from their website. I was guided through the registration process and promised to get the driver at the end. Instead, I was presented with a broken page after logging in and providing all my information. This is an incredibly horrible company in terms of products and services. All it gave me was sadness.
