The headset was delivered quickly and was easy to set up. It basically charged when I took it out of the box so I could use it right away, and the moment I synced it to my laptop I could switch to it during a Teams call without wasting a second. Call quality is good - similar to my much more expensive headset in the office. The people on the other end of the line say I have a good voice. I've also paired it with two devices - my laptop and my Android phone and it works fine. The only thing I complain about is the comfort - it still squeezes my head a bit after adjusting, but I suspect this will ease off as it breaks. Also, I have a big head! Price!
