Review on Enhanced ZWILLING 2-stage Pull-Through Knife Sharpener for Optimal Performance by Todd Worley

As someone who always uses a whetstone (and I'm a fanatic that knives should be sharp - what's the point of a dull knife?), I was very surprised that it worked well, um to keep a good edge. I bought this for a person whose knives pissed me off so I gave her a set of Henckel knives as a gift. Since she will NEVER sharpen these knives I decided to give this a try. I thought it was better than nothing. It turns out that this device works well. With frequent use, the knives remain sharp. Six months later I can still use my friend's knives with no disappointment. Not five stars because honestly no knife sharpener can be great. It's very good though, and if you don't use a whetstone, get one.
