I usually wear a US Large but if you even read the seller's description you will see that these sizes are Asian, not European or US which means they are smaller. What the ID number is is that each size you usually wear goes up one size. I'm 5'10, 180 pounds and I'm XL. It fits perfectly, great colors, the length is a little longer than I thought so if you want to tuck your jersey in there is room. Has three back pockets; two small left and right and a large central pocket. The material is light, breathable and very comfortable from the start. I rode 35 miles in this jersey the same day I received it and it was really comfortable and great value.
