My previous bidet broke in the middle of the night while everyone was sleeping. Luckily I woke up around 4am to drink some water and to my surprise I was woken up by water splashing everywhere. Nobody heard him because he was in the guest bathroom. I imagined him splashing for hours because the bathroom floor was flooded with water and it spilled into the guest room. As a result, we had to deal with a large water leak that was also flowing down. In any case, I was fed up with installing another bidet, but my husband insisted. It's like once you try it and realize how much cleaner your buttocks and feminine parts can be with a bidet, it's hard not to use it. Anyway, I digress. Fits well in our bathroom and works very well. We are satisfied and recommend. It was easy to install and we didn't see any quality issues at a totally affordable price.
