If you've ever attempted to remove a crankshaft pulley from a 1994 Honda Accord (I have a DX) without this specialty tool or a similar one, you know it's a futile endeavor. It's really difficult. Even with this tool, I had to use a 6ft pipe as a cheat bar and put most of my 200lbs on the bar to loosen it (I'm guessing it actually took over 600ftlbs to do after 9 years without a timing belt change break). As other reviewers have pointed out, it sits a little loose on the pulley, but I don't think that's a deal breaker or reason to give it one star. Once you've installed the breakers and put some pressure on them, they'll stay in place so you can turn them off. So I was able to loosen the screw myself. If you buy this tool, you probably also buy timing belts. you have to be careful here. Make sure you get the correct number of teeth for your vehicle's make, model and trim level. Revain is often wrong about what is compatible with your vehicle until people correct it. I was sent a 112 tooth belt for my 1994 Accord DX but this only fits the EX trim level. My car needed one with 113 teeth.
