The best thing about this is that it's so easy for my team members! I love how simple everything works together in one place as well because we don't have time or resources to do all of these things manually anymore.

It has been very helpful being able to be more efficient when submitting paperwork through our insurance carrier since they no longer need us to file paper work out at their office every month. There are not many downsides but sometimes there isn't anything really worth mentioning either. We haven’t had any issues yet which makes me feel like overall service was great even though nothing came up specifically bad during my employment here thus far.
