Okay, does what it's supposed to. That's how the ice cubes fly! Soup comes in between if you like! It will vibrate from your grandma's hands and stun your already hearing-impaired grandpa! Seriously, he's powerful. Super serious, it's unbearably loud. But actually VERY LOUD! Easy to clean, easy to use - depending on grip and forearm strength. It's like a corded 1/2 drill that needs a kickstand to prevent counter-rotation. He is strong. But very, very loud. Our grandmother wanted him to froth milk. It will, but it will take a while and (guess?) be so noisy!
