Works perfectly, description is correct. Ignore reviews where people don't know the difference between OD and ID measurements. The hose is ideal for standard 3/8 ID fuel lines. Read what you buy before leaving negative feedback. It reflects more on you than the product. I have to agree with the other reviewer regarding some sort of black processing waste found in the hose. I read this review and made sure to install a glass fuel filter next to the engine. In fact, after about 10 minutes of warming up, the glass fuel tank was full of black rubber shavings and chunks. I don't want it running through my carburetor injectors and fuel tank. BUY A GOOD FILTER and be sure to flush the hose before installation. Otherwise it has been on my boat for several months without any problems. If it wasn't for the rubbish I would have given 5 stars.
