Difficult to set up at first, but works perfectly!

Once all cables are connected, the capture map will only show color bars in OBS and the Windows Camera app. Finally I found a solution on OBS forums shared by user "themolluskk": First plug in the power supply → plug in HDMI output → plug in HDMI input → plug in USB cable → finally restart the computer.
