Review on Drosselmeyer Nutcracker, Red - Crack Open Nuts Effortlessly! by Chris Fields

I have this nutcracker and I really like it so I decided to buy it for my daughter. I ordered it the Thursday before Christmas. With Prime, it got delivered on the Thursday after Christmas. (Heavy sigh). Unsatisfied. When my daughter opened the damaged box, the handle fell off. When we tried to return the pen, the insert fell out. We just couldn't get him to stay together. Disappointment spread. I got up and the feather fell to the ground. Oh good. According to the description there are only 3. Now I count 4. I put the spring in and put it back in and then I put the handle on. Yay this was working great until this did. After much fiddling with him, the handle finally stayed in place. And spring will stay. Will not work. So far I've only found out. This deal with Revain wasn't one of the best for me. Although I love this nutcracker. I only gave 3 stars and not 5 just because I was so annoyed. He must earn 5.
