VoipTools has a broad range of tools to help the user create a robust Call Center. The web interface for the software was very slow, and did not load properly. For example, I tried to connect to the web interface via my cell phone. However, the screen would appear frozen, and I could see my IP address and phone number displayed, but no actual information. This happened several times during the testing. They do provide some training material, however it is difficult to find, as there are many different sections/pages within each section of training. Also, they don't make use of any good search engines like Google or Bing. All you get from searching for something specific is results from unrelated sites, such as Wikipedia pages. That doesn't work at all if you want to find specific content.
