After my wife spent $276 on two replacement tanks and grips, I said that was enough. The plastic of the tank is thin and breaks easily. The handle easily bends, breaks and detaches easily from the tank when transporting the water tank. Even when new, water and soap leaked through the seals between the tank and the block. Poor technical design and build quality cheapened the device to the point where great features were completely unusable. I like to pay for quality and sometimes knowingly buy inferior goods, but these are inferior goods sold at quality prices. I wish I could get my money back for the original unit and the replacement parts. Goodbye Hoover.
