Review on Stainless Steel Gooseneck Pour Over Kettle with Thermometer - 40 oz/1.2L Coffee & Tea Pot for Stove & Any Heat Source by Katie Lee

I bought this kettle to make coffee without splashing water everywhere. After about six weeks of cooking several pots a day, I have no complaints. It has a nice solid feel. The neck, grip and weight distribution make it easy to get an accurate fill. I didn't think I would care about a thermostat but I really appreciated it. The kettle keeps the water hot for a while after it has been removed from the stove. I find that the handle can be manipulated with bare hands after cooking with a smaller burner on the stovetop, but an oven handle is required when using a larger burner. I have no idea how to clean the inside of the neck if the need ever arises.
