Review on πŸ“ Stanley STA533886 Fatmax Xtreme Length: The Ultimate Solution for Maximum Reach by Brian Rivenbark

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not very handy if you use/rely on your tape measure a lot. Not very good/handy for an electrician

Because the tape measure has both metric and standard scales it is difficult to use for most measuring tasks compared to other tape measures. In my opinion a tape measure would be much better if it had measurements on both sides of the tape. A really big front hook can be both good and bad. This is very useful when working in a commercial environment with metal spikes. However, in residential areas it can get very stuck between the wood. The actual quality and strength of the strap is impeccable and better than any other competitor on the market. It was delivered on time and new as promised, so no problems. I ended up buying a 16 inch Milwaukee tape measure as well as an everyday tool belt tape measure as it has markings on both sides and is easy to use in most cases. I only keep the Stanley in my toolbox for occasional occasions and odd jobs where it comes in handy. Overall quality - 5 stars. General practicality - 1 star. The overall rating is 3 stars.
