Review on KastleFrontOffice by Paul Williams

The ability to keep track of my clients appointments, call backs/sends as well other events that are important for us is what I love best about this program! It allows me so much flexibility when it comes time do schedule an appointment or send out reminders with ease!! Sometimes not being able get access via internet can be frustrating but overall great website system we have implemented here at our office.

Have been using since 2013 has had no complaints yet from either side (clients nor staff). We use it mainly during business hours while still allowing some outside people through without them having direct links available if needed which helps control traffic coming into building sometimes after 10pm etc.. Keeping up contact info such dates birthdays anniversaries ect., This makes scheduling client visits easy & organized I like that it allows you to do everything from one place, which is great for our business! There are some things we wish were easier such as setting up certain modules/pages or even adding new ones but overall this tool has been very helpful with all of my needs being met through out every step along way - billing- payment processing etc!! It's easy enough when needed by myself so others can use too without much assistance required.
