Great User Friendly Software and Customer Service

It's easy to use, very intuitive once you get used it (a little hard at first). The customer service is also great! They are always available for questions or concerns that come up during your day-to-day operations of using their software. There really isn't anything I dislike about this product. The only think would be if they allowed more than one user profile so we could share our accounts with other employees as well. But all things considered there aren’t any issues here overall. Intuit Quickbooks/Peachtree Alternative

It has all of our contact information, appointments have been set up without issue - great support during setup! The only thing I would like to see is an option for recurring appointment reminders instead of having them send me emails every day or week with no way to change this schedule easily (unless you are logged into your account). The ease of use, all that is needed to get started with this software are just few clicks away! It's so easy for us as managers/owners to check up if everything works well or not when you have problems during your day-to-day operations. Great software solution and platform

The ability to keep track of my clients appointments, call backs/sends as well other events that are important for us is what I love best about this program! It allows me so much flexibility when it comes time do schedule an appointment or send out reminders with ease!!
