Many reviewers claim that in-game performance is 20% slower than on an i7 processor. I can get by with 100 or 120 frames per second. I can play, I can render video, and the process is swift. Paid $14,900 for OEM plus $440 for a Zalman CNPS9X Optima cooler. Tried overclocking; 4GHz at 1.35v was steady. I'm sticking at 3.6 GHz and 1.25 volts permanently (which is below the ASUS B350 prime plus's factory settings by 0.1 volts). Temperatures without overclocking range from 50 to 55 degrees while under load. In the Aida benchmark, it was overclocked to 70–73. Using 4x4gb Samsung 2400 c-die, we got 4 bars working at 2993 MHz (16-17-17-34) at 1.29v and 2 bars working quietly at 3200 MHz (1.35 doesn't help with 4 bars)
