The third-generation HDR also performs noticeably better. Cameras with 11 Pro Max were pulled up exactly where it was needed. But regrettably, the optical zoom was mostly unaltered. About the lack of a faster refresh rate, I'll only remark that it is evident when compared to the iPad Pro. However, it is barely perceptible because the iPhone interface is already so fluid that 60 hertz can be tolerated. In any event, this is not a feature that should be grieved with bitter tears when it is absent. Surprisingly, the Taptic Engine's tactile feedback is the biggest letdown in the new iPhone. The return is much weaker than in 11 Pro Max and especially XS Max, therefore it is clear that the smaller size of this motor had an impact this time. I'm not sure why it was done. If you intend to upgrade from an iPhone X or an earlier model, I would definitely suggest the 12 Pro Max. In this case, there will undoubtedly be a wow effect. Subsequent ones are less evident, but if there are no financial issues, it is still clear.
