I would give it ZERO stars
Doesn't work, straight out of the box. I've tried several different brand new AAA batteries and none of them worked in this device, although they worked fine in other devices used to test batteries. And now I have to take UPS into town to get it back? Very disappointed with what I thought was an inexpensive alternative to $50 and $100 thermometers. I guess you get what you pay for?
