I was so excited about this pen scanner. I read a lot on my Nook and love the feature to highlight passages I like. I also still read tons of paper copies and think I can do the same with this product. This is VERY difficult with a paperback or even hardcover that doesn't look like a textbook, but it took a few tries to pick up lines and then missing letters or whole words. After half an hour I was so disappointed that it wasn't worth it. I haven't tried a larger, flat, textbook-style book: I think that might work better? But a big risk for an $80-$120 product.
