If you have a seat belt that goes around your neck and is driving you crazy, this little adjuster will work and is especially useful on long drives. The only problem with this, and it's no small one, is that your seat belt doesn't fully retract into the rack when in use. So you have to deal with a bunch of loose seat belts. It's not that bad once you get used to it. I just put it next to my seat. The door slammed a few times. However, it is very effective at preventing the seat belt from digging into the neck, so I'm more than willing to trade comfort for a little discomfort.
