Use PU Inserts
This mount, called Dog Bone, comes with PU inserts for the big end. Be sure to leave the blue polyurethane inserts in place during installation. Inserts increase resistance and reduce the likelihood of rubber breaking under hard acceleration. Excellent value for money including polyurethane, easy installation and no breakage. I've gone through five of these without insoles, but I've had no problems for several months.
