I often have plaque in my mouth, especially in the floor of the mouth. It gets so bad that my hygienist asks me about my dental habits, which are wonderful, by the way. My 6 month visit usually has to be split into 2 separate visits as both her and I need a break from scratching and torturing the irrigator. But Glyco has made my dental visits easier. According to her, very little plaque forms anywhere, and what is there immediately scrapes off. I'm now my hygienist's miracle patient. On my last visit, she cleared my lower midsection in just 5 minutes! I never normally write reviews but for a plaque maker like me this is amazing.
