I use it for everyday wear, at work, while playing sports. If you use it simply as a watch, the charge lasts for 8-9 days (with the heart rate monitor turned off), with gps for a couple of days, depending on the time it is used. Many in the reviews write that charging is not very convenient, for me everything is very well thought out. Sometimes it is not quite accurate to build a track on the map.
