When we first got the showerhead, it worked great. It does save water and has a powerful stream that rinses well. After a few weeks the function spray switch no longer functions. It gets stuck on a function, and it will not switch. The diffuser was removed and checked for debris to which nothing was found. I got the head to the function in full spray function and instructed the family to leave it there. Unfortunately, it would on occasion with the switch in the same position, switch to another function which lead to having the diffuser removed and reinstalled while I would continue working the switch back and forth until the wide spray function was working again.
