Review on 🍳 Authentic Italian Ballarini Parma 10-pc Nonstick Cookware Set: Forged Aluminum, Made in Italy by Ronald Corcoran

These frying pans are not only beautiful, but also practical for cooking. I bought two pans from the more expensive Ballarini range many years ago and I really like them. Decided to try this set because of the cheap stock price. Three pots were dented and a glass lid was broken into pieces. A hammer with a towel fixed the pans, see photo, and a call to Revain customer service got a $20 credit because the description said serviceable and one lid didn't. The biggest problem with non-stick cookware is that people tend to cook at temperatures that are too high and then soak it in water to clean before it cools. (That destroys all the different types of non-stick coatings.) The temperature-sensitive knobs on the handles are great. I never thought it would matter to me. You know when it's going to be hot to get that great roast, then you can lower the temperature to keep warm. Once the indicator turns green again, it's time to wash and put away. These pans are lighter than my other Ballarinis. They still cook just as well, but I'm working with a hand injury and have little strength. After cooking with them for a month I will definitely pay full price!
