The packaging was adequate and everything was in good condition. The lock itself looks very well made and had no cosmetic imperfections. I was surprised to find 3 keys that were laser cut. Much better quality than I expected. The second battery was included and I didn't expect it. Very pretty! The storage bag fits well and I wasn't expecting that either. Apparently I didn't read the description before ordering! The lock is very easy to use and I had no problem figuring it out. I want to make one comment, namely the instructions are missing. I figured out how to operate the lock but there is no mention of what to do with the cord and how best to use it. The pictures are very small and the cable is not visible on them. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the price is good. Apart from the instructions, I have no other suggestions for improvement.
