Has worked fine for two weeks and now the alarm goes off by itself and is not as sensitive as it should be. After two weeks I had to change the batteries. It's noisy, but not as secure as it was for the first two weeks of receiving it.

Not what I expected. I thought the sensitivity would be better, the sound would be louder. The cool thing is that you can lock it on the rotor to prevent the bike from being stolen. You get 3 keys and extra batteries. but other than that I'm looking elsewhere.

I've only used it a few times and now it's stuck on my bike..Update: I had to call a locksmith to remove it, which the seller refunded me.FYI, the alarm didn't even go off when he drilled it.

When I bought this lock/alarm I was amazed by the simplicity and convenience of the product. I installed it on my Honda CRF 250 as advertised and tested all functions. The motion detection isn't as sensitive as I thought it would be, but I assumed it was intentional so that every gust of wind doesn't trigger. Not as sensitive as we would like, but still useful. I tested this by sitting on my bike and rocking it off the footrest. (Something I've seen nosy delinquents do to my bike before.) It only worked after I aggressively turned the handlebars or hit the lock. Although this is certainly a good deterrent.

Excellent anti-theft piece with a nice loud noise when motion is detected. This is my second one that I have bought as the first was recently lost in a motorcycle accident. The first one I had was chrome and since my new bike is almost completely blacked out I went with black. The same quality. My favorite part aside from the main product is that it comes with a carrying case, spare batteries and a tool to take apart if the batteries need replacing.
