Fits well but loose stock Tourqe converter bolts on my 04-08 5.4 3v F150. A very light sanding could have been used to clean the holes a bit better, but that's not really necessary. I put it on the studs with some effort but didn't have to file anything. Otherwise this product works great, fits great and is much stronger than the original. No need for really negative feedback, just thought I'd add a little helpful tip: the lugs feel too tight through the holes. In any case, the stronger the better. Don't forget new ARP Flexplate screws and new converter nuts when installing!
