I bought this mount about a year ago and I still use it with my Note 8. I love this mount and it actually fits my Challenger almost perfectly! One complaint I'd like to have is the trigger. It works great, just wish it was on both sides or somewhere else. The fact that it's on the left means I have to move the mount to get to that button. Sometimes it can be a pain. But what is is. The mount works great and I haven't had any problems for a year. However, I made another one for Mrs. for her Dodge Ram for Christmas. She thought she could use it for the cigarette lighter in her center console. It's not big enough for that. While it's the perfect height for my car, it barely jumped out of the console in her truck. The adjustable neck is not very long. This may or may not be great depending on your application. In any case, if you want a short neck, I highly recommend this mount. It's been a year now and I still love him.
