It works exactly as you would expect. It is fully adjustable and does not interfere with driving. First of all, this gadget is the best I've ever used! I can't even count all the other gadgets I've bought and spent money on! This is by far the best and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something to hold their phone while driving! 10/10

It took me a while to finally get one of these things to hold my phone while I drive. That's what I decided to do and it's been working great so far. I've only had it for a few days so time will tell how good it really is. My only concern is that the weight of this item in combination with my Note 8 seems to weigh on the cigarette lighter in my GMC Sierra. I'll let you know how it works while I'm happy.

Holds my I-Phone 6S perfectly, even in the Otterbox Defender case. Unfortunately, the charging ports stopped working after about 2 months. UPDATE: Great customer service! After my first review, the seller unexpectedly contacted me and offered to replace the original device! It arrived within a few days and I've already put it in my car. I hope it lasts longer than the first one but I'm buying another one as a gift. Thank you!

This is a sturdy holster that won't move with a quick twist, easy to attach and detach from phones, compatible with small (iPhone 5) or large phones (iPhone 7plus or Galaxy Note). There are also no problems with charging the phone on the base. I just wish the neck could stretch a little higher so I don't have to look down too much, I'd rather have it on the same level as the navigation that comes with the car (see attached photo for position).

I liked the convenience but it is very tight in the cigarette lighter socket and the socket broke after a few uses. It was as advertised, but the cigarette lighter socket wasn't designed to constantly rotate and weigh on it.
