I think that they are very helpful in getting my business out there to reach more people than ever before! The customer service is great as well!! They always respond quickly when you have questions or issues after your purchase has been made - so it makes me feel like their really concerned about us being successful within this platform which helps get some new clients/customers into them each month. Overall its easy going through everything from start-to finish all by myself without having anyone else involved at times but sometimes if i need something specific someone will be able help answer any question right away. ! This program allows businesses such as mine who do not want other employees handling emails & phone calls etc.. It's nice because everyone can see what needs doing next (so no one gets stressed).
