I think that it's very well done, in fact the best of its kind out there. The interface has been designed with simplicity as one of the main design goals. You can easily learn how to use it within just minutes. It could be better if more things were customizable or added later but we are talking about a free tool here so nothing much to complain. For us, it gives us access to our clients via video calls (we provide advice) and they get billed through their credit card directly from the software. This simplifies everything because now we don't have to worry about paying upfront for every session while giving them billing information at that time would cause some problems with banks.
