Review on Garcima 15 Inch Carbon Steel Paella by James Ssims

I wish I could put minus stars! I'm pretty sure I got hold of a used, broken frying pan! lower hob and abrasions on the inside! The item does NOT sit flat on my glass cooktop and is slightly rounded at the bottom of the pan! I've washed and seasoned it according to directions but it still has a strong plastic and chemical smell so I don't feel safe cooking it! I think it would have been a good frying pan if I hadn't received a broken possibly used frying pan! Quality control passed for this product! I can't find any way to contact the company for a replacement or solution, so I just have to warn others that you may be stuck with a defective item! Update: I tried using this pan and it wobbled so much it was incredibly difficult to cook and wouldn't sit flat! I was making risotto and the pan got really rusty while cooking! Super bad and faulty skillet. Update: I keep trying this pan because I don't want to spend the money I've spent, but EVERYTHING sticks sooooo bad! I am very familiar with carbon steel and cast iron and this thing is a piece of junk, I believe the company is a scam too! I give up and throw away! So sad
