Review on πŸŒ‚ Tram 1290 Rain Protective Cap by Bim Cook

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Don't expect much for your money.

It goes without saying that assembly is easy, you just have to screw it on. It's plastic, but I wouldn't call it durable. The downside of this raincoat is the O-ring. Complete garbage. Doesn't go in the groove, doesn't stay in the groove, not thick enough to be proud of the groove (sticks out far enough to form a good seal). And when you take off the rain cap, the o-ring just falls out, making it difficult to keep track of in A$$ when it's not on the mount. Finding the right o-ring size for the job. So after paying my $5 for the cap I had to replace the o-ring after 1 use. I always thought tram was a good company but I see that they should. I also got rid of my quality control people. This is the reason for 1 star. If I could give 0 stars, the item would be worth it. Save money and find the best product.
