I bought this pH meter for indoor hydroponics. The calibration was simple and clear. The gauge was easy to use and seemed accurate and consistent. Much better than a cheap $10 meter. I broke the glass electrode 2 months after purchase. (The probe is well protected, but I still managed to bang it against a hard surface) I emailed the manufacturer and asked for a replacement electrode. They respond quickly and say they cannot supply a spare but would like to send me a brand new replacement meter free of charge, no questions asked. (just needed the original order number) Well that's great customer service. I will check dr.meter for future requirements before going elsewhere.
