Review on Walker 18926 SoundFX Muffler by Will Ridpath

Original from Chrysler lasted 17 years. Guess I can't complain. This walker replacement was cheaper as they sell 2 different ones. Seems well done. Fits like a glove where the two front tubes go. The resonator tail (muffler) required a 2-1/4ID x 2-1/4ID coupler adapter since both the rear pipe and rear muffler are the same size. An expander is also suitable, but not many masters have it. It would hurt to do it on your back. Luckily I have an elevator in my barn, especially at my age. You will need heat and an air muffler tool to remove the front factory muffler clamps as they are factory welded to the bottom of the pipe. Otherwise, the muffler will not be welded to the front pipes. Simply replace with new HD 2-1/4" muffler clamps.
